Wow, I actually feel good today. I'm actually not depressed for once, and I am home alone once again. Got the air conditioning on.. the animals are asleep.. yep, it's a perfect day. I need to work on some request arts for people. I think that may be the reason why I am happy... I finally got people requesting my art. I feel deeply honored by it.

Hehehahahahmmm... Yes, I do villains well on RP boards... mostly because I give them complex characters as some decent psychology on what they do.

I'm really looking back at my chances for a professional career in Animation or Comics... and seeing how there's little to no hope for me. I mean, I have an account on Side7... tons of people visit it everyday. People get comments on their work. But do I? Hell no. I see people getting comments on their work there... and some of them are on the same level as mine. But I don't get comments, or even emails asking if they'd like to do an art trade.
I've done a few art trades and I feel absolutely terrible when I get what they drew for me. My work isn't even half as good compared to them... I feel like I just dish out crap, and they are just being nice and saying they like it when its really terrible.
Sure, I'd like to do something that makes me happy... who doesn't, though? But, what if that is not enough? I don't even think that if I do get into an art college, that I'll even have a chance when lookign for a job in the animation and comics industry. Sure, I might get some good comissions every now and then, but it will never be enough and I know that I will not be able to have contacts, because contacts are the only thing that'll get you a position in the job you really desire... So, I'm gonna end up bein' a failure in anything I do anyway.
Sometimes I just wanna know why I bother even trying... :cry:

I hate promises or hope boosters, they are so easily taken away on a whim. For instance.. my family and I were supposed to go to Catilina/Avalon, but things didn't even go right. Let's see... first when we're almost there, mom finally notices on the printout about the boat company that reservations are recommended.. so we couldn't go with that company in Long Beach, then another company in Dana Point had absolutely no progress on the refuel of the boat so we couldn't go there... so ya, I'm kinda peeved about the whole day's events.. mentally worn out as well..
Need... Caffiene... :x

| SH3 and Sequel Rant... |

I got Silent Hill 3 last night, played it this morning... GREAT GAME from what I have seen. I am currently playing the soundtrack of the game that came with it. I love the SH series, it's better than Resident Evil, IMO. But it's currently in a tie with Fatal Frame as the scariest. Resident Evil isn't scary or creepy at all. It's like watching all those rehashed, lame-ass excuses for sequels extensions on various horror movies... as well as those god-awful Disney sequels.
I wanna know why sequels are thought to be neccessary? I mean, the originals SOMETIMES have much to be desired... but if they are good, why screw up the movie's good name with a suck-fest sequel?! Looking at the trailers of [i]Freddy VS. Jason[/i]... I mean no offense when I say this, but it looks like its gonna blow. It's like if the studio is DESPERATE for money and will milk out this movie until it's bone-dry.
Now, sequels in a game aspect are great... as long as elements are not repeated and the story is fresh and thought invoking. Hence, why I like the SH series.. it's a psychological horror, it messes with your mind and makes you think of what's happening. I dunno, that just might be me... :roll:

Well, this is my first weblog ever. Suprising, given the fact that it's been 6 years since I got the internet and have been attached to it in a way that damn near sickens me. Erm, right. I'm pretty much bored for the time being... nothing to do around this place I call a home (physcial aspect here...). Can't believe it, no one's home, I got a permit to drive (finally...) and I have no chance to drive my car my father handed to me! I don't want to drive alone, because of two reasons:
1.) I might screw up and die.
and...
2.) If I don't do the first, I may get in trouble with the cops. I don't want either so I'm gonna sit here. :?
Confusing, I know... but what the hell. I'm used to it.
